Surfing Lessons
Experience for yourself the exhilaration of riding a wave with one of our professional surf lessons, provided year round in Los Angeles, Manhattan and El Porto. We've instructed thousands of people of all ages how to surf in just one surf lesson. Perfect for all ages and skill levels: Beginners will be catching waves and standing on their first surf lesson, and more advanced students will learn techniques to improve their performance. You'll be up and surfing on your first lesson, guaranteed! one of the best places you could learn to surf in the Los Angeles area--because of the gradual slope of it's sandy ocean floor, waves break gently far offshore no matter what the ocean conditions, delivering consistently perfect beginner's waves, one after another. |

Kayaking
Kayakers may be greeted by harbor seals swimming alongside you or resting sleepily on the rocks along the shore. Or you may be presented with a show by diving pelicans. Or you may see a raft of otters rolling and playing in the kelp. Or you may paddle the canals of ocean front homes. Each experience is unique and different. One gets a new perspective of our beautiful coastline when looking back onto the land from the water. |

Bicycling/Skating on the Strand
Discovering the shore line by land has never been more fun! What better way to get out and see the sights than hopping on a bicycle and pedaling along the shoreline? Your adventure by land will start upon arrival at one of the conveniently located tour departure/rental shops. Guests will be fitted for a bike with helmet (which we highly recommend, but is optional for adults) and a lock. Then you’re off to explore the area. There are many awesome spots for a picnic lunch or simply a photo opportunity. You’ll ride out with the ocean on one side and then return with the ocean on your other side. It’s breathtaking and beautiful! |

Cruise to Catalina Island
Experience the enchantment and beauty on Catalina Island. Passengers on board the vessels can expect to arrive in Catalina in about an hour, from Long Beach, San Pedro or Dana Point. The adventure begins on board one of the many vessels where sitting on an outside upper deck you can take in ocean breezes or keep your eyes peeled to catch a glimpse of White-sided dolphins. Or come inside and enjoy a snack, refreshing soda or cocktail as you relax in airline style seats.
The shuttle company offers year round service and the convenience of up to 30 round trips daily. Once you arrive on the island there are unlimited possibilities for activities. Hiking, biking, camping, swimming, snorkeling, diving, sightseeing, dining, shopping or relaxing, to name a few.
